摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈癌Hela细胞对化疗药物顺铂的体外敏感性。方法:采用MTT法测定宫颈癌Hela细胞对4种不同浓度顺铂的体外敏感性。结果:不同浓度的顺铂对宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长均有一定的抑制作用。结论:MTT法检测有助于指导临床选择化疗药物剂量,提高化疗效果,减少副作用,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective： To study the chemosensitivity of chemotherapeutic drug cisplatin to cervical carcinoma Hela cells. Methods： Chemosensitivities of different diluted degree cisplatin to cervical carcinoma. Hela cells were detected with MTT assay. Results： The Hela cells treated with different concentration of cisplatin underwent cell proliferation inhibition. Conclusion： MTT assay would help to select chemotherapeutic drug, raise the effectiveness of chemotherapy and reduce the side effect.
