摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定止泻冲剂中没食子酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C1B（250min×4．6mm，5μm），0．1％磷酸-甲醇（90：10）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为220nm。结果实验表明没食子酸的含量在0．0167-0．835μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为101．62％，RSD3．82％（n=6）。结论谊方法简便、快速，重现性好，可用于止泻冲剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To estabish a HPLC method for the determination of Gallic acid in Zhixie Granule. METHODS The Hypersil C18colum（250mm × 4.6mm,5μm） was used The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid （10 = 90）with flow rate 1.0ml · min^-1. The detection wavelenghth was at 220nm. RESULTS The method was linear with the range of 0. 0167- 0. 835μg（r= 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 101.62% and Rsd was 3.82% （n=6）. CONCLUSION The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the control of Zhixie Granules.
