摘  要:用β-环糊精对月见草油进行包络,对包络物作了红外光谱、紫外光谱和差热分析。以吸光度增加值(△A/A0)为探针,考查了超声波和紫外光辐射以及氧化剂KC lO3等因素对包络物稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:用40kHz超声波辐射160m in和365nm紫外光辐射240m in,月见草油的吸光度分别增加了27.22%和7.93%,而包络物的吸光度只分别增加了5.41%和0.68%;用0.1mol/L的KC lO3溶液反应360m in,油的吸光度增加了96.32%,包络物的吸光度只增加6.92%,其原因是油中不饱和脂肪酸被β-环糊精包络屏蔽而减缓了自由基的进攻。The inclusion complex of evening primrose oil was made with β - cyclodextrin and was characterized with IR, UV -Vis and differential thermal analysis. The influence of supersonic wave, ultraviolet light and oxidizer KCIO3 on the stability of the β - cyclodextrin inclusion complex was investigated with absorbency increasing values (△A/A0) as the index. The following are the results: Radialization treating with supersonic wave for 160 min and with ultraviolet light for 240 min separately, the absorbency increasing values( △A/A0 ) of the evening primrose oil are 27.22% and 7.93% of the original values, respectively, while those of the inclusion complex byβ - cyclodextrin are only 5.41% and 0.68%. Reacting in oxidizer KCIO3solution for 360 min, △A/A0 for the evening primrose oil is 96.32% of the original value, while that for the inclusion complex byβ - cyclodextrin is only 6.92%. The reason may be that unsaturated fatty acid in the evening primrose oil is embedded byβ - cyclodextrin which reduce the attack by free radical.
