含约束条件遗传算法在三参数威布尔分布参数估计中的应用

摘　　要：为解决三参数威布尔分布参数估计问题,根据极大似然法基本思想建立了参数估计最优化模型.分别采用内点法和外点法,将有约束优化问题转化为无约束优化问题,再利用遗传算法优化工具箱进行优化计算,获得了参数估计值.实例结果说明,这种方法能很好地解决三参数威布尔分布的参数估计问题.Genetic algorithm （GA） is an effective method to search the global optimal resolution. It is proposed that punishment function is used to realize GA with constrains, and the method is realized by genetic algorithm optimization toolbox （GAOT）. At last, this method is applied to estimate three parameters Weibull distribution, and the resuh shows that it is effective.
