摘  要:为使压电射流陀螺具有更高的灵敏度,研究了压电泵激励信号对其灵敏度的影响。介绍了该陀螺的结构及工作原理,研究了压电陶瓷双晶片弯曲振动的数学模型、运动方程、谐振频率。采用函数信号发生器产生任意波形的激励信号,研究了不同电压、频率及波形的激励信号对该陀螺灵敏度的影响。实验结果表明:压电射流陀螺的灵敏度随激励信号电压增高而增大;该陀螺的灵敏度随激励信号频率增加先增大后减小,在一阶谐振频率处出现最大值;在相同电压及频率下,方波信号激励下的输出灵敏度最大,其次为正弦波,锯齿波最小。The effect of drive signals of pump on the sensitivity of piezoelectric fluidic gyro is studied in order to make the gyro higher in sensitivity. The structure and theory of operation of the gyro are introduced. The mathematical model, equation of motion and resonant frequency of piezoelectric ceramic twin lamella in bending vibration are discussed then. Through generating drive signals of pump by function signal generator, the effect of various voltage, frequency and waveform of signal on sensitivity of this gyro is investigated. The results indicate that: the sensitivity increases with the heightening in voltage of drive signal; the sensitivity increases at first and then decreases with the increase in frequency;the maximum was in the first order resonant frequency. With the same voltage and frequency, bar signal has the highest sensitivity and next the sine, the least sawtooth.
