摘 要:目的研究甜高粱秸秆汁发酵生化黄腐酸液肥的工艺条件。方法在发酵培养基中分别接入不同接种量、接种比例的混合菌株,在不同的温度、pH、氮源、发酵时间下进行发酵,测定发酵物中生化黄腐酸含量,据此确定最适发酵工艺条件。结果确定了甜高粱秸秆汁发酵生产生化黄腐酸液肥的最适工艺条件:即接种量2%,热带假丝酵母、假单胞杆菌与产朊假丝酵母接种比例为1∶2∶2,在甜高粱秸秆汁中加入2.0%的尿素,pH值为6.0,发酵温度为30℃,发酵72 h,黄腐酸含量达20%以上。结论用甜高粱秸秆汁发酵生产生化黄腐酸液肥的工艺条件是可行的。Aim To study the optimal fermentation process of producing fluid fertility containing biotechnology fulvic acid from Jowar straws juice. Methods Mixed strains were inoculated on the media containing different nitrogen source with different inoculation and different inoculation proportion. And they were fermented at different temperature with different pH. The optimal fermentation process was found through detecting the contents of biotechnology fulvic acid. Results The optimal fermentation process was that inoculation 2%, the inoculation proportion of Candida tropicalis, Pseudomonas and Candida utilis as 1:2:2, 2. 0% urea added in Jowar juice, pH 6.0, fermenting 72h at 30℃. The content of fulvic acid could reach more than 20%. Conclusion It was accessible to produce fluid fertility containing biotechnology fulvic acid through fermenting Jowar straws juice.
