牛磺酸对大鼠大脑内两种酶及超微结构的影响

摘  要:为探讨牛磺酸的增智机理,用Morris迷宫学习记忆模型,对大鼠补充或抑制牛磺酸的吸收影响海马、前额叶中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性及海马CA3区光辉层和前额叶锥体细胞层线粒体超微结构的变化作了比较。结果发现,补充牛磺酸在功能上可以提高大鼠的学习记忆能力;在成分上可以降低海马、前额叶中AchE的活性、提高海马、前额叶中NOS的活性;在结构上可以使线粒体的嵴增长、排列紧密。因此,牛磺酸可能通过影响胆碱能系统的作用、增加第二信使的含量及改善大脑超微结构,起到增智的作用。To explore into the mechanism of the function of taurine on improving intelligence, Morris water test maze training combined with the octivity of NOS and AchE and ultrastructual changes on cerebral frontal cortex and hippocarnpus were used to investigate the possible effects of supplementing taurine or its depressor 13 -alanine. The results indicated:adding properly taurine can improve the ability of rat's learning and memory in function,accompanied by depression of the activity of AchE and increase the activity of NOS in chemical composition, meanwhile accompanied by increasing the length and the density of Mitochondrion ridge in structure; circumstances added β - Alanine is adverse. So taurine might improve the ability of rat's learning and memory through regulating the function of choline system and increasing the content of second messenger, improving ultrastructure in rat's brain.
