闽西综合档案馆档案资源信息化建设的思考

摘　　要：加快闽西档案资源信息化建设,使档案馆真正成为提供档案信息的中心。在档案信息源方面,必须大力丰富馆藏,优化馆藏结构,提高馆藏质量,及时跟踪新兴领域形成的档案,建立具有地方特色的馆藏。在信息资源数字化方面,应紧紧抓住当前省、市实施“数字福建”“数字龙岩”的大好时机,解决并合理配置人力财力,提高标准化程度,开拓虚拟档案信息的延伸管理和收集工作,加快“数字档案”建设,实现档案信息资源共享。Speed up the information construction of Minxi files resourses, and make archives truly become the center of providing information.In the file information sources, we must strive to enrich collections, optimize structure, improve the quality of collections,timely track the archives in newly emerging areas and establish collections with local characteristics. In digital information resources, we should firmly grasp good opportunities of implementation of the ＂Digital Fujian＂ and ＂Digital Longyan＂ in our province and municipality at present, solve and rationally allocate human and financial resources to enhance ＇.he degree of standardization, open up an extension of virtual file management and information collection, accelerate the construction of ＂digital archives＂ to realize the share of archive, information resourses.
