摘　　要：周密是宋末元初重要的词人,学术界对他的看法往往和南宋风雅词派一致,总的来说经历了从偏颇到拨乱反正的过程。周密的年谱、事迹、词作内容、风格等传统的研究取得了一定的成果,新的观点和看法也随着学术的进步而出现。Zhou mi is one of the important poets in the last stage of Song dynasty and the first stage of Yuan dynasty. The perspective of academia on him is generally consistent with the elegant Ci group of Nan Song dynasty, and taking one with another this appraisal is from partial to objective gradually. Some achievements of the study on Zhou mi＇ s chronology, story,content and style of Ci has been accomplished, and new viewpoints and perspectives are presented with academic progress.
