摘　　要：本文在阐述榜样教育法内涵的基础上,结合时代、教育者、受教育者的变化,分析了榜样教育效应弱化的原因,并对如何提高高校榜样教育实效性进行了初步探讨。Based on elaboration of the connotation of Model Education and combined with the transition of age and education,this study analyzed the causes of effect weakening of Model Education.In addition,it explored the improvement of the practicality of Model Education in universities.
