摘　　要：本文所评介的是一部关于区域经济史的论著,作者以精到的阐述、独特的视角,在占有大量资料的基础上,对江淮地区自然灾害与社会经济的关系,作了全面的考察与分析。作者在宏富的资料中孜孜以求,探寻历史的规律性,并能不局限于以往的研究系统与理论,发前人之所未发,为江淮区域灾荒史的研究又注入了一股清新之气。This article discusses and introduces a work discussing about the region economic history. Through the precise elaboration and the unique angle of view, and based on the massive material foundation, The author has made the comprehensive inspection and the analysis to the relations between the Jianghuai area natural disaster and the social economy. The author diligently strives after in the rich material, inquiring about the historical regularity. In addition, not limited to the former research system and the theory, the author sees what the predecessor did not see, pouring into fresh air for the Jianghuai region famine history research.
