反相高效液相色谱法测定鱼脑中MS-222的浓度

摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立了测定鱼脑中间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲烷磺酸盐的浓度方法。样品用重蒸水匀浆,离心(12000r/min)15min,取上清液过膜(0.45μm),用YWG-C_18分析柱,流动相为0.2mol/L磷酸缓冲液(pH3.1):甲醇=85:15,紫外检测波长223nm,此法回收率较高,重现性好。This paper reports a high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of Finquel(MS-222) in fish brain using YWG-C18,10m column with 0. 2 mol/L phosphate buffer(pH3.1) : methanol(85: 15) as mobile phase , and detected at 223 nm. The flow rate was 0. 7 mL/min. The concentration of MS-222 ranged from 10~100μ/mL and there was good linearity. The value of the correlation coefficient was 0. 9971. The average recovery was 95. 3%, and the coefficients of variation was 2. 5%.
