摘　　要：通过对事故属性特征的研究,结合地理信息系统的特点,建立了基于G IS的交通安全预警系统。该系统可结合当地的地形地貌和事故特点,对事故黑点进行分析、预测与评价,并可根据实时数据匹配结果进行报警,基本实现了城市交通的智能化管理。According to the research on attribute in traffic accidents and characteristics of geographical information system （GIS）, this paper established a forewarning system of traffic safety based on GIS. This system can analyze, forecast and evaluate the accident spots based on the local landform and physiognomy and the characteristics of accidents, and give the alarm on the basis of real time data matching results. It realized the intellectualized management of urban traffic on the whole.
