摘 要:提出一个技术来源选择的基本架构,描述技术来源选择、技术能力及技术类别间的相互影响关系。通过对浙江省148家中小企业的实证研究,表明技术能力和技术类别是影响技术来源选择的关键因素;企业内部自主研发要求企业具有相对较高水平的技术能力,而外部购买和联合研发则没有此要求;外部购买与技术类别密切相关而与企业的技术能力水平关系不大。To face the challenges of the current intense competitive environment, small- middle enterprises (SMEs) have to build and/ or obtain competitive advantages such as highly differentiated, improved quality, increased dependability, or lower cost products and services through the selection of technological sources. This paper develops a basic framework of selection of technological sources (STS) which describes the interaction of technology classification, technology competence, and STS. An empirical test of 148 Chinese SMEs shows that TCO and TCL are key factors of the factors impacted on STS, and internal independent innovation (III) need a relatively higher level of TCO while external acquisition (EA) and collaborated R&D (CRD) do not demand firm with a higher level of TCO. Moreover, EA is closely related with the level of TCL, but not very relevant with TCO ; and in today' s turbulent and changeful environment, EA and CRD has become an important channel of technology sources. Basing on the characteristics of SMEs which have a relatively lower level of TCO, the needs of three technological sources to level of TCO and today's turbulent environment, we argue, SMEs in China is very likely to obtain competitive advantages by EA or CRD.
