摘　　要：运用时间序列动态均衡关系分析方法，通过对我国1991—2003年技术市场发展与自主创新能力的有关数据变量进行协整分析与因果关系检验。建立了两者之间的误差修正模型，揭示我国自主创新能力与技术市场发展的动态均衡关系，并针对完善我国技术市场提出一些前瞻性的对策。Using the analysis method dynamic equilibrium ralation of time row, based on the database from 1991 to 2003 between the technique market development and the independence innovation ability, proceeding cointegration ananlysis and granger causality, The paper sets up the error correction model between them,revealing the dynamic equilibrium ralation between them, and brings up some forward-looking suggestion to perfect our country technique market.
