摘　　要：为了解决高等院校传统的人员以及教学教务资源管理工作手工方式的弊端,适应信息化的发展,论文通过分析实际的高校教学管理的工作流程,论述了包括用户权限管理、登陆信息管理与维护、发布与查看通知、专业班级管理、教师信息管理维护、教学任务管理、教学进程管理、科研信息管理、教学文档管理、学术会议管理、教师效绩评价、教材选购评价等模块在内的基于B/S模式的教学资源管理系统的设计与实现过程以及相关技术.To solve the problem of original handy work method in the college management of teacher and teaching resource and cater for the development of information, the paper relates the realization of a B/S-based teaching resources management system, which is accomplished with the management of user authority and login information, the management of information publishing and looking over, the management of special and class, the management and maintenance of teacher information, the management of teaching task, the management of teaching process, the management of scientific research information, the management of teaching documents, the management of science meeting, the assessment of teacher achievements and so on, and the technology relatively, by analysing the course of real management of teaching work.
