病灶切除联合羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨病灶切除联合羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的可行性，寻找治疗氨菌性角膜溃疡的有效方法。提高疗效。减少并发症。方法对8例真荫性角膜溃疡患者采取角膜溃疡病灶切除联合羊膜移植治疗。结果术后随访6～12月，8例中7例痊愈，视力明显提高，1例角膜穿孔，羊膜溶解．穿孔未愈。结论病灶切除联合羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡是一种方便、安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility of treating fungal corneal ulcer and to find more effective treatment methods to fungal corneal ulcer, Methods Retrospective analysis was done on the eight patients with fungal corneal ulcer treated with the excision of focuses combined with amniotie membrane transplantation. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation. Of them, seven patients were cured, and their vision was raised. One patient was failed. No complications occurred. Conclusion It is a simple, safe and effective treatment methods to fungal corneal ulcer to excise the focus combined with amniotic membrane transplantation.
