大学生课外科技创新基地经费筹措策略试探

摘　　要：新时期的大学生课外科技创新基地经费筹措需要打破以往坐等拨款的观念，发挥主观能动性，探索适合自身特点的筹措方式。通过实践说明，把正规渠道的经费拨款和非正规的经费获取即：通过竞赛筹措经费、利用创新基金、活用培训对象自有资源、开发社会资源以及依托教改基金等渠道结合起来，建立混合制的经费筹措策略，是解决当前大多数资源窘迫的创新基地经费筹措困难的有效方式。The innovative base of science and technology activity out of class for undergraduates, nowadays, must change the idea about the way of raising money, bring into playing subjective creativities and explore new ways that adapt to self characters. The practice shows it is efficiency measure, for most of innovative bases being embarrassed at present, that combine the regular channel for appropriate funds with unregular channels, that is, attaining money by taking part in competition, using innovation funds, making use of students＇ resources, exploring resources of society, relying on educational reformation funds and establishing the compound system of ways that gain expenses.
