摘　　要：发挥工程量清单计价的优势作用需要一个成熟的配套运行环境,而我国目前建筑市场环境还处于逐步完善阶段,因此必须要加强清单计价的过程控制。本文从搭建清单合同跟踪控制的基本框架入手,分析了清单合同执行实践中几个关键的控制要素,并对清单合同跟踪控制的流程与方法提出一些具体建议。It is necessary for construction valuation with bill quantity to have a mature environment, but current construction market environment remains imperfect, so the process control must be strengthened during valuation with bill quantity. This paper starts with establishing the basic tracking control frame for BOQ contract, analyzes some key controlling factors in the BOQ contract implementation, and puts forward some suggestions for the process and the method of the contract controlling.
