某火炮自动装填系统专用试验装置的功能结构分析

摘　　要：为使阻弹、卡弹等故障尽可能地解决在火炮自动装填系统可靠性台架试验中,有必要进行自动装填系统样机可靠性台架试验。该专用试验装置必须具备的基本功能要求是:可以模拟步兵战车在各种可能的工作状态下的供弹速率和动态特性,实现火炮自动装填系统在台架试验条件下弹药的自动装填和半自动装填。专用装置由台架总成、模拟火炮、受弹装置和电控装置组成。试验表明,该专用试验装置完全满足火炮自动装填系统可靠性台架试验要求,可模拟火炮自动装填系统的实际工作状态,为火炮自动装填系统在研制阶段的可靠性增长提供了有价值的数据。It is necessary to carry out reliability rig test of automatic load system prolotype so as to deal with fault problems such as cartridge jamming and failure to feed in reliability rig test. Basic functional requirements of the special test facilities are： to simulate feed rate and dynamic characteristics of infantry combat vehicle under various work states, to realize ammunition automatic load and semirautomatie load under the conditions of rig test. Special test facilities consist of rig assembly, simulated gun, ammunition receiving device and electrical control system etc.. The test result showed that special test facilities can meet the needs of reliability rig test of gun automatic load system, and simulate actual work state of gun automatic load system. Special test facilities can provide valuable parameters/or improving reliability of gun automatic load system in development period.
