摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中survivin基因表达的特征及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(PV法)检测54例宫颈鳞癌,16例正常宫颈组织中Survivin基因的表达,并分析其临床病理特征。结果Survivin在正常宫颈组织中不表达,在宫颈鳞癌组织中阳性表达率与年龄、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。结论Survivin基因在宫颈鳞癌组织中的稳定表达,预示肿瘤有较高的侵袭性和不良预后,可能成为有效的预测宫颈鳞癌侵袭性的监测指标及判断预后的指标,对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To explore relationship between the expression of survivin gene and clinical pathological factors in cervical squameus cell carcinoma and study the clinical significance of survivin gene.Methods Immunohistochemical PV method was used to dctermine the expression of survivin gene in 54 cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 16 normal cervical tissues.The relationship between the expression and clinical pathology was analyzed. Results Expression of survivin were not obeerved in normal cervical tissues There is relationship between survivin gene expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and age, clinical stage,lymph node metastases. Conclusion, The stable expression of survivin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma indicates that the tumor has high invasion and poor prognosis. The expression of Survivin gene may become the effective index to forecast the invasion of cervical squamous cell careinoma,judge prognosis,and instruct the clinical treatment.
