柴达木盆地水资源开发与生态环境保护浅析

摘　　要：根据柴达木盆地水资源的形成与分布,结合盆地水资源时空分布不均匀性,分析了盆地水资源开发利用现状,探讨了地表水、地下水开发利用模式,对盆地的生态环境现状和人类对水资源的开发利用不当而引起的一系列环境问题,提出了进一步加强对水资源的保护,调整农业种植结构,提高人们节约用水意识,加强对现有荒漠沙生植被的保护,科学合理利用有限的水资源,使人与自然和谐发展,促进盆地经济建设和生态环境可持续发展。Based on the origination and distribution of the water resource in Chaidamu basin, and with its space-time asymmetry distribution, the development and utilization of the basin water resource is analyzed in the paper, and the patterns of surface water and underground water are also discussed. Concerning the environment of basin , and a series of environment issues caused by the water resource abuse, this paper puts forward many viewpoints, such as enhancing the water resource protection, adjusting agriculture planting structure, improving people＇s consciousness of water saving, developing protection of desert vegetation in existence and making use of water resource scientifically. These viewpoints may improve the harmonious development between human and nature, and between economy and environment in the basin.
