VITAPEX糊剂治疗乳磨牙髓底穿通的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察VITAPEX糊剂治疗乳磨牙髓底穿通的临床治疗效果。方法：随机收集216例238颗髓底穿通的乳磨牙，局麻下常规根管预备达到理想根充条件，将VITAPEX糊剂压入根管内，髓底穿通处留有糊剂覆盖，双层垫底永久充填。结果：术后临床随访1～3年，平均成功率94．9％。结论：VITAPEX用于乳磨牙髓底穿通的治疗，可维持牙列完整性促进颔骨的正常发育。治疗后的乳磨牙利于咀嚼，与间隙保持器比较患儿更易接受。Objective： To observe the clinical treatment effects of VITAPEX paste on the primary molars furcation puncture. Methortl： Two hundred and thirty-eight primary molars with furcation puncture from 216 cases were selected randomly. Root canal preparation were performed under local anaeathesia, and the VIrAPEX paste was filled in the root canala as well as the furcation puncture. Permentant filling was per- formed following double lining,Result：The review in 1 to 3 years times after the treatment, the success rate was 94.9%. Conclusion： It can maintain the integration of the denture and stimulate the normal development of the jaw with the application of the VITAPEX paste in the primary molars fureation puncture, The occlusion function following this treatment is better than the space maintainer, and it is easier to be accepted by the patients.
