摘 要:研究不同时效状态的二元Al-Li单晶体不同温度的变形行为,结果表明:固溶态和欠时效态在温度不超过293K的反常流变行为,是由Li原子的动态应变时效作用引起的;而温度高于293K,K-W锁等决定了欠时效态的形变硬化行为;过时效态的临界分切应力及形变硬化率,随温度的变化可能与Orowan机制和Al3Li粒子被位错环切割有关。Al-Li binary single crystals at different aging conditions were deformed under different temperature. The results showed that the abnormal flow behavior for the quenched and under-aged samples can be due to the dynamic strain aging of solute Li atoms when temperature is below 293K. Above 293K,the changes of CRSS (critical resolved shear stre s)and work hardening behavior with temperature were ecided by the K-W locking etc. for the under-aged samples. At over-aged state,the change of CRSS and work hardening rate might or related to the Orowan mechani m and the shearing of δ'particles by the dislocation loops.
