摘　　要：通过实例介绍了在商贸繁华及交通、人流密集区域对框架结构楼房定向拆除的一些方法。在对建筑物进行较为充分的预处理基础上,选择了合理的爆高、爆破切口部位和起爆顺序及安全可靠的起爆网路,达到了快速安全拆除的目的。Some methods for fold blasting demolishing the frame construction building in the downtown area are introduced. On the basis of full taeatment for the building,the rational blasting height, blasting parts and initiation sequences as well as safe priming circuit were reasonably selected. The project reaches the demolition goal of quickness and safety.
