三轴气浮台单框伺服测角系统的研究

摘　　要：本文提出了一种新型的三轴气浮台姿态测角方案，该方法结构简单，只需一个圆弧臂和一个滑架，可以直接测出三个姿态角。In this paper a new type of an attitude angle measuring system of triaxial gasbearing table is suggested. The construction is quite simple. It needs only a single circular arm and a slide pad on it. Three attitude angles can be read out on it. meanwhile, the accuracy of measured values is high enough.
