摘 要:[目的]研究β-连环素与p63基因在大鼠舌部鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨它们在口腔鳞状细胞癌增殖中的作用.[方法]免疫组织化学方法检测48例不同分化程度大鼠舌部鳞状细胞癌中β-连环素与p63基因的表达.[结果]8例高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌中分别有7和6例高表达p63与β-连环素.β-连环素和p63表达与大鼠舌部鳞状细胞癌的组织学分级不具有显著性差异(P>0.05).[结论]β-连环素在大鼠舌鳞状细胞癌增殖中的作用与在人回顾性研究中的作用相似.[ Objective] The roles of beta-catenin and p63 in the carcinogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) have not yet been elucidated. We investigated their expressions in OSCC, probing its role during the course of proliferation of OSCC carcinogenesis. [ Methods] Surgical specimens from 48 OSCC patients were examined for beta-catenin and p63 expressions by the method of immunohistochemical staining. [ Results ] Among all the 8 cases of well differentiated OSCCs there are 7 and 6 cases of high expressions of p63 and beta-catenin, respectively, Beta-catenin and p63 showed no significant difference with the grades of OSCC carcinogenesis. [ Conclusions] The results suggested that beta-catenin plays a similar role during the course of proliferation of OSCC carcinogenesis between human and rat.
