摘　　要：本文介绍了一种用于ＹＡＧ激光器聚光腔的高反射膜系的设计与制备技术。膜系设计采用总极值法和共轭方向法相结合的优化方法，并考虑色散和系统误差的影响。获得了结构简单、制备容易。A kind of design and manufacturing techniques for high reflectance coatings of YAG lasers ellipsidal reflectors are introduced in this paper.The statistical global extreme value method and Powell conjugate direction method are used in optimizing design.Effect of dispersion and systemetical error are considered.Thus a practical and easily made high reflectance coating system with simple construction is achieved.
