摘　　要：以教育部制订的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神为指导,建立了一套体现新课程理念要求的高校速度滑冰课成绩评价体系,通过2个教学周期的实验,认为高校速度滑冰课成绩评价指标具有合理性和可行性,并为高校体育教师评价学生成绩提供了具体的操作方法,旨在为高校新课程改革提供参考。According to 〈 Guidance program of P. E. course in the university 〉 constituted by Ministry of Education. We set up a assessment system of speed skatins learning results in the university,which can incarnate the new course spirit. After two terms experiments, we demonstrated the assessment indexs in speed skating in the university. It is in order to help the P. E. teachers scoring for students in concrete ways. The aim is to offer some reference on the new course in university.
