摘　　要：长期以来,在普通高校的思想品德课程设置中都是将《思想道德修养》和《法律基础》分设为两门课程,实际上,这两门课程的合并不仅有必要,而且有基础。关键是在合并后,为避免合并流于形式,就需要找准其共性,大胆整合教学内容,以提高其教学效果。＂Ideological and Moral Cultivation＂ and ＂Foundations of Jurisprudence＂ have long been offered as two separate courses. However, it is not only necessary but also logical to combine them into one course for more effective teaching. The key lles in the harmonization of their frameworks, integration of contents, and optimization of presentation.
