后房型人工晶体缝线固定术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨后房型人工晶体缝线固定术的方法及手术效果。方法对26例后囊膜缺损的无晶体眼施行巩膜睫状沟后房型人工晶体缝线固定术。结果随访时间1～25个月。术后视力明显提高,矫正视力优于术后裸眼视力,无严重并发症发生。结论后房型人工晶体缝线固定术作为无后囊膜的人工晶体植入方式具有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the effects of suture fixation of intraocular lens implantation in posterior chamber. Methods Suture fixation of intraocular lens implantation in posterior chamber was performed in 26 cases （eyes） with aphakic eyes without posterior capsule. Results The time of follow-up was 1-25 months. Postoperative visual acuity became better than preoperative one and no serious complication was observed. Conclusion Suture fixation of intraocular lens implantation in posterior chamber has certain clinical values to the eyes without posterior capsule.
