道家文化对现代旅游企业经营管理实践的启示

摘　　要：分析作为中国传统文化主要组成部分的道家文化对现代旅游企业经营管理实践的启示,阐述道家思想体系中可适用于旅游企业管理的“无为”、“道法自然”、“上善若水”等道家文化精髓。结果表明,这些体现了现代管理的辩证谋略、适可管理、首重“治人”等思想,对旅游企业经营管理具有十分重要的现实意义。Taoist culture, as China＇s subject component of traditional culture, contains profound management thought. It not only exerts a far-reaching influence in ancient times, but also has unique realistic value in the modern society. This article, through studying Taoist management thought, discusses its main management thought in the modern traveling management model, summarizes this old legacy to develop the management theory for modern tourist enterprise, and offers the management practice for the modern tourist enterprise, which has a very important realistic meaning.
