摘  要:目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)和细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因-2(Bcl-2)蛋白水平的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测31例非侵袭性和47例侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中Gal-3和Bcl-2的蛋白表达。结果侵袭性垂体腺瘤组的Gal-3和Bcl-2的蛋白表达均较非侵袭性腺瘤组显著增高(P<0.01)。侵袭性腺瘤组中Gal-3和Bcl-2的表达水平成正相关(P<0.01)。结论侵袭性垂体腺瘤的生物学行为与Gal-3和Bcl-2的表达增高有相关性。Gal-3和Bcl-2在抗凋亡过程中可能存在着内在联系。Objective To detect the expressions of Gal-3 and Bcl-2 in pituitary tumors and explore the relationship between the expressions of Gal-3 and Bcl-2 and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. Methods The expressions of Gal-3 and Bcl-2 were detected in 31 non-invasive pituitary adenomas and 47 invasive pituitary adenomas by using immunohistochemlcal S-P assay. The correlation between the expressions of Gal-3, Bcl-2 and tumor invasiveness were studied. Results Compared with the non-invasive pituitary adenomas, the expressions of Gal-3 and Bcl-2 increased in invasive ones ( P 〈0. 01). There was a positive correlation between Gal-3 and Bcl-2 at protein level. Conclusion The increased expressions of Gal-3, Bel-2 are significantly correlated with the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas, and they may play an ingenerate role in the invasiveaaess and the apoptosis of this tumor.
