鼻咽癌病人血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1水平测定及意义

摘　　要：目的检测鼻咽癌病人血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1水平并探讨其意义。方法采用ELISA法对98例鼻咽癌病人和30例正常对照者血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1水平进行测定。结果鼻咽癌病人血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);颈淋巴结转移组高于非转移组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ期与Ⅱ期鼻咽癌病人血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1的含量均高于Ⅰ期(P<0.01),且Ⅲ期高于Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。结论血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1水平与鼻咽癌的发生发展有一定关系,联合检测血清sP-selectin和sICAM-1含量对鼻咽癌的发生、发展机制的研究及病情的判断有一定价值。Objective To study the levels of serum soluble P-selectin （sP-selectin） and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （slCAM-1） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） patients and to investigate the significance. Meflmds Sera of 98 patients suffering from NPC at different clinical stages and 30 normal volunteers were detected with ELISA method for the levels of sP-seleefin and slCAM-1. Results Compared with the control group, levels of serum sP-selecfin and slCAM-1 were elevated in all subgroups of NPC patients （ P 〈0.01）. The serum levels of sP-selectin and slCAM-1 in cervical lymph node metastases subgroup were higher than those in non-metastases subgroup （ P 〈0.01）. The levels of stage Ⅲ and Ⅱ were higher than those of stage I （ P 〈0. 01） ; and the levels of stage Ⅲ was higher than those of stage Ⅱ （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The elevation of serum sP-selectin and slCAM-1 is correlated with the development and progression of NPC. Combined measurement of serum sP-selectin and slCAM-1 may he useful in the study of develonmont mechanism and prognosis of NPC.
