摘  要:目的:对贵州省同一产地野生和栽培天麻的遗传多态性进行分析。方法:采用随机扩增多态性DNA标记技术。结果:从30个随机引物中筛选到6个多态性强、重复性好的引物。该6个引物的扩增结果表明,贵州省同一产地野生和栽培天麻的指纹图谱有明显差异,差异系数为40%~60%,而栽培天麻之间的差异并不显著。结论:本实验为天麻的分子生物学鉴定及天麻种质资源合理利用及科学的栽培育种提供了一定的科学依据。Objective: To compare wild and cultivated Gastrodia elata Blume from the same habitat in Guizhou province genetically. Methods: RAPD Molecular labelling technique was used and six primers with good polymorphism and repeatability were selected from 30 random primers Results: amplification results showed that the fingerprints of cultivated and wild samples had apparent difference, with variation coefficients between 40%-60%, while the variance among cultivated samples was very small. Conclusion: Our experiment provides basic information for molecular identification, reasonable use of genetic resources, and scientific breeding and culture of Gastrodia elata Blume.
