摘 要:以二维铝圆柱/空气体系声子晶体引入正方柱线缺陷为研究对象,采用平面波法结合超元胞的方法研究了该异质线缺陷的填充系数、旋转等因素对声波导的影响,讨论了异质线缺陷模场分布。结果表明,当f=0.7、fd=0.5旋转散射柱时,缺陷带只出现在-45°<θ<45°范围内,且位置随旋转角变化;带隙中缺陷带的数量随fd的增加而减少,当fd很小时,异质线缺陷的旋转对声波导没有影响;缺陷态的模场分布取决于它在带隙中的位置和距带隙上下边带间的距离。The effect of filling fraction and rotation of line defect acting on the sonic waveguide, which is composed of 2-D aluminium cylinders/air square lattice with square cylinder line defect, has been studied with the plane-wave and super cell method. The mode field distribution of the heterogeneity line defect has been discussed. The result indicates that the defect band is only in the range of -45° 〈θ 〈45° and its position changes with the rotational angle when f = 0.7 ,fd =0.5 and scattering cylinder rotates. The number of the defect band in the gap decreases with the increase of fd and the rotation of the heterogeneity line defect does no effect on the sonic waveguide when fd is very small. The mode field distribution of defect state is decided by its position in the gap and the distance between the up and below sides of the gaps.
