糖皮质激素联合非甾体抗炎药在术后镇痛的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用皮质激素和非甾体抗炎药物治疗术后疼痛的方法和疗效。方法:200例口腔颌面外科手术的病例,随机分为2组,接受不同药物的术后镇痛治疗。研究组使用糖皮质激素联合非甾体抗炎药物,对照组仅使用非甾体抗炎药物。结果:通过临床观察和分析,研究组疼痛缓解率95%;优良率80%;一般15%;差5%,并且对呼吸和循环功能影响轻,并发症少。经t检验,2组间视觉疼痛评分(vision algetic standard,VAS),研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用糖皮质激素和非甾体抗炎药行口腔颌面外科疼痛治疗,疗效良好,值得推广。Objective： To explore the methods and evaluate the effects of combined using glucocorticoid and non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs） in analgesia after surgical operation. Methods： 200 cases of oral and maxillofacial surgery were divided into 2 groups to get pain relieving treatment post operation. Experiment group were treated with glucocorticoid and NSAIDs, while the control group were only treated with NSAIDs. Results： The results of clinical observation of experiment group were successful, whose rate of pain relief was 100%, rate of good analgesia was 80%, rate of pain as the same as pre-treatment was 15%, and rate of worse was 5%. The function of respiratory system and circulation system were more stable in the experiment group, with less complication. The VAS of experiment group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combined using of glucocorticoids and NSAIDs were effective to postoperative analgesia in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
