摘 要:目的:应用钼靶、超声和立体定位穿刺与病理对照研究来估价检测乳腺癌的敏感性和特异性。材料与方法:73例乳腺肿块患者均行两则乳腺钼靶、超声检查,再对肿块行立体定位穿刺,作细胞学检查。结果:在73例乳腺肿块患者中,X线钼靶摄片诊断乳腺癌46例,敏感性为90.4%;超声诊断乳腺癌48例,准确率为83%;立体定位穿刺诊断恶性病变56例,敏感性为97%,特异性为93%,准确率为95.9%,无假阳性。结论:钼靶、超声和立体定位穿刺联合应用,可早期发现乳腺癌,提高诊断隐匿性乳腺癌的准确性。Objective: Study of mammography, sonography and stereotaxic fine needle aspiration (FNA) compareing with pathology were performed to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of detection for breast cancer.Materials and Me thods: Mammography, sonography were obtained in 73 patients with breast masses. FNA was performed in every mass and cytology examination was obtained.Results: Mammography in 46 of 73 patients demonstrated breast cancer and the sensitivity was 90.4%; sonography in 48 of 73 patients proved cancer and the accuracy was 83%. Diagnosed malignant tumors with FNA were 56 cases, the sensitivity was 97%; specificity 93%; accuracy 95.5%; and no false positive.Conclusion: With use of mammography, sonography associated with FNA, breast cancer can be early found and the accuracy for detection of occult breast cancer can be improved.
