摘　　要：文章从创新教育的基本概念,创新教育是社会发展的需要,创新教育是医学、医学教育发展的必然,论述了高等医学院校实施创新教育的必要性;从构建创新教育新观念,教学方法的改革,课程与教材建设,教育考评制度等方面阐述了高等医学院校实施创新教育的方略。This text is from the creative educational of basic concept, the creative education is the demand of the social development, the creative education is a medical science, the medical science education to develop inevitable, discussing high medical science college to carry out the creative educational necessity. From set up the innovation education new ideas, the reform of the teaching method, course and teaching material construction, education examination system elaborated that high medical science college carries out the creative educational method.
