摘　　要：本文阐述了在网络教育迅猛发展的今天,网络文化出现的必然性和主要特征,强调构建电大网络文化的必要性和紧迫性,并指出今后工作的方向和重点,以及加强对构建电大网络文化的实践和研究。The paper describes the rapid development of education in the network today,and the inevitability of the main features of the Internet.Highlights an 'online TVU'the necessity and urgency of,and also points out the future direction and focus of our work for some time.and the strengthening of an 'Internet TV University,' the practice and research.
