摘　　要：目的从循证医学的角度,介绍神经生长因子对面神经炎循证治疗方案的确立方法。方法以一位难治性面神经炎患者为例,介绍如何提出临床问题,怎样检索文献,如何对文献进行评价,怎样结合病例的具体情况和临床医生的个人经验,应用得到的证据拟定治疗方案。结果按照循证医学方法确立的以神经生长因子为主治疗面神经炎患者40次后,患者症状得到明显改善。结论依据循证医学的原则,对该患者采用神经生长因子治疗,获得了满意效果,对提高难治性面神经炎患者的生活质量具有重要意义。Objectives To introduce a method of nerve growth factor treatment program for facial paralysis from the point of view of evidence-based medicine. Methods One patient of facial paralysis was studied as a case, and it was introduced to us how to raise clinical questions, to retrieve relevant literature, to evaluate the retrieved literature, and at last, how to use the retrieved evidences to stipulate treatment program, according to concrete condition of this case and the doctor＇s experience. Results This patient received the nerve growth factor treatment program for facial paralysis established by evidence-based medicine 40 times, and all his symptoms have been improved obviously. Conclusion According to the principle of evidence-based medicine, we used nerve growth factor treat that patient and got a satisfied effect, it is very significant to improve the life quality of intractable facial paralysis patients.
