摘  要:通过对“职业高原”的概述、产生原因、负面影响及应对策略等方面的阐述。笔者认为管理模式落后、分配制度刻板;前景渺茫、缺乏自信;发展几率小、难度大;知识陈旧、疏于培训;自满自足、悲观停滞是护理人员“职业高原”效应产生的主要原因。护理人员“职业高原”对护理管理产生较大的影响,如降低护理管理效率;护理人员心理素质下降;护理组织结构不稳;护理质量与科研停滞。提出应对策略:正确认识、端正心态;克服“疲钝”、挖掘潜能;对护理工作内容进行扩充和丰富;整合重组、完善培训体系以及创造学习型组织,以帮助克服并平稳度过“职业高原”期。In this paper, the authors define the term of "occupational plateau", analyze the causes and explore copying strategies. They argue the main causes include the outdated management mode, rigid wage system, lack of self-confidence, difficulty in development, outdated knowledge, lack of training, self-contentment, less advance due to pessimistic. The occupational plateau renders great impact on nursing management, lowering the efficiency of nursing management, leading the decrease of mental quality of nurses, unsteady organization, cease of nursing quality and nursing research. They bring forward their coping strategies: right recognition, right mentality, overcoming "torpidity" and exiling of potentials, enrichment of nursing work, completion and reconstruction of training system and establishment of studying organization for the purpose of helping them live through the period of "occupational plateau".
