摘　　要：研究了碳酸钾对植物组织培养中卡拉胶培养基特性的影响.在以去离子水为溶剂,卡拉胶为固定物的培养基中添加不同量的碳酸钾,培养菊花试管苗,研究结果表明,不同处理对培养基的特性都有影响,适于植物组织培养应用的适宜碳酸钾浓度为0.05g/L.The effects of potassium carbonate on the culture medium character of carrageenan were studied. Culture medium of deionized water and carrageenan with different treament of potassium carbonate （0.025g/L, 0.050g/L, 0.075g/L）, The result shows that culture medium with potassium carbonate （0.050g/L） is suitable for tissur culture.
