解毒疏络法预防放射性肺损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨解毒疏络法防治放射性肺损伤的效果。[方法]雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、单纯照射组和防治组。防治组于照射前1周使用解毒疏络药物灌胃,对照组灌服等量生理盐水。直线加速器全胸部照射,照射后5、15、30、60 d处死,取肺组织做病理检查、透射电镜、图像定量分析。[结果]照射后30及60 d肺炎加重(P<0.05),胶原纤维明显增多,肥大细胞增多。电镜显示Ⅱ型细胞线粒体、毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀,防治组炎症减轻(P<0.05),胶原纤维、肥大细胞减少,Ⅱ型细胞线粒体、内皮细胞损伤明显好转。[结论]解毒疏络法能减轻放射性肺损伤炎症反应,减少胶原纤维增殖,有效预防放射性肺损伤。[Objection] To explore the effect of Jiedu Shuluo methods on preventing radioactivity injury of lungs. [Methods] The femail SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, simple control group and prevention group. The rat of prevention group were administrated to medicine that may detoxicate and deoppilate collaterals before one week and that of control group were administrated to normal saline. To carry out bereast irradiation by accelerator linear and make death the rats on 5 d, 15 d, 30 d and 60 d. To carry out pathology examination and image quantitative analysis. [Results] After the 30 d and 60 d, the pneumonia was aggravated, collagen fibers was obviously incareased and mastocyte was increasing （P〈0.05）. The electron microscope demonstrated that cell mitochondria and capillary endothelium cell selling and the inflammation of prevention group was lessened（P〈0.05）. The collagen fibers, mastocyte, mitochondria and capillary endothelium cell injury was obviously improved. [Conclusion] Jiedu Shuluo methods may lessen inflammation activity and collagen fibers proliferation and may effectively prevent and cure radioactivity injury of lungs.
