摘  要:对木聚糖酶在麦草浆氧脱木素中的应用进行了研究。结果表明。木聚糖酶预处理和后处理都可以改善麦草浆氧脱木素的效果,当木聚糖酶后处理其用量为7.5-10U/g时,氧脱木素麦草浆的性质最好。同时,还研究了木聚糖酶处理对麦草浆OP漂白的影响,结果发现,木聚糖酶处理可以提高0P漂白浆的白度,改善漂白浆的物理强度。In this paper, the influence of xylanase treatment on oxygen delignification of wheat straw pulp was investigated. The results indicated that the oxygen delignification efficiency of wheat straw pulp was improved with xylanaso treatment. When xylanase dosage was 7.5-10 U/g, the quality of wheat straw pulp delignified with oxygen was the best. Furthermore, the effect of xyhnase treatment on OP bleaching of wheat straw pulp was also investigated. It was found that the brightness and physical strength of OP bleached pulp were increased with xylanase treatment and the optimum bleaching sequence was OPX.
