摘　　要：西门子840Di数控系统和交流伺服驱动系统闭环控制在BFT130卧式数控镗铣床技术改造中的应用,着重介绍改造的可行性分析、系统选型设计、安装调试的具体过程和实现的方法。通过PLC控制软件的编程调试和机床参数的匹配调整,完成了该数控机床的技术改造。This article describes the application of Siemens 840Di digital control system and alternate servo driving system closed loop control for the technical innovation of digital control boring and milling machine type BFT130. It emphases on introducing the innovation＇ s feasibility analysis, system model selecting design, the detail procedure and methods of installation and commissioning. Through the programming and commissioning of the PLC control software and the adjusting of paramefer of the machine, the technical innovation of this digital control machine is achieved.
