摘　　要：意识和潜意识两者之间存在相互联系，又有明显的区别。意识是指人能够自觉认识到周围事物的存在，同时也能自觉认识到自身存在，并能把自己和周围事物区分开来的一种心理活动和心理现象。一般情况下既不能被他人感知，也不能被自我感知，是一种更为复杂的心理活动。意识和潜意识都是脑的高级神经系统的机能。Therearecloserelationshipandobviousdiferencebetwenconsciousnessandsubconsciousness.Con-sciousnessarethementalactivitiesandpsychologicalphenomenonthatpeoplecanrealizetheexistencesofsurroundingsandthemselves,andcandiferentiatethesurroundingsfromthemselves.Subconsciousnessisasubjectivephenomenonwhichisamorecomplexpsy-chologicalactivitiesand,ingeneral,cannotbeknownbyotherpeopleevenhimselve.Bothconsciousnesandsub-consiousnesarethefunctionsofhigh-classnervesys-tem-brain,whichisrelatedwiththelimbicsystem.
