摘　　要：近年来,现代信息技术在农业中的应用越来越广泛,基于CTI技术的农业信息服务呼叫处理系统就是一个典型的例子。为此,引入有限状态机进行呼叫处理流程设计,通过农业信息服务呼叫处理系统的开发,提供一种比较便捷通用的板卡方式CTI呼叫处理系统开发模式,同时对现代信息技术在农业中的应用也提供了一个典型案例。In recent years, the application of modern information technology on agriculture becomes more and more broad, and the call system of agriculture information service based on technology of CTI is a typical sample. This paper designs call flow by inducting finite state machine, by developing an open call system of agriculture information service, it provides an universal and convenient card developing pattern based on CTI call system, and it provides a typical sample for the application of modern information technology on agriculture.
