摘　　要：为加强对医学生临床实践技能的培养,文章从毕业实践技能考核方法和成绩分析着手,分析临床实习中教学和管理的不足,探讨新形势下提高临床实习质量的措施和方法。Based on an analysis of the methods and results of the graduation skills evaluation, this paper found some problems in the teaching and management work for clinical practice, and discussed the countermeasures for improving the quality of practice in the new situations, and for strengthening the cultivation of the practical skills of medical students.
