摘　　要：高等教育质量观是高等教育研究中的重要话题。高等教育质量观具有适应性、多样性、发展性等特点。衡量高等教育质量的新视角应从学术、评价、政府、高校等视角界定。高等教育质量的内涵:以“卓越”或“一流”为标准;合适的目标;满足高校内外的要求;持续的质量改进。The view on higher education quality is an important issue in the studies of higher education. It is characterized by adaptability, diversity and changeability. Higher education quality should be redefined from the perspectives of academic research, assessment, government and college and university as well. It should include the standard of ＂Excellence＂ or ＂First Class＂, a proper aim, continuous quality improvement, and meeting the demands of customers both on campus and out of campus.
